This Stanley tool cabinet is the most treasured of my collection. My Dad won it in a Ford truck sales contest in the early 50's. It hung in our basement in Billings, Montana from that time until I retrieved it in the mid 90's. The climate in Billings is quite dry, so the tools did not rust or tarnish significantly. Most of the tools are original; Dad had been a welder at one time and worked with metal, but not much with wood, so they didn't get a lot of use.
Like Tulsa streets, this site is pretty much constantly under construction. I apologize for any inconvenience. |
